四工序開料機和直排加工都可以在加工中自動更換合適刀型，但是四工序開料機，只有四臺主軸，而直排加工一般有8-12把刀刀庫，從加工角度出發(fā)，加工工序復雜的（超過四道工序的）建議選擇直排加工，如門板、柜門的加工，加工工序小于等于四道工序的，建議選擇四工序開料機，如柜體的加工；

有一些客戶是剛開始做家具廠，目前業(yè)務比較固定，而且，短期內沒有擴展業(yè)務范圍考慮的，藍象數控建議選擇四工序開料機，反之，半年到1年內有業(yè)務擴展計劃，建議選擇直排加工，避免業(yè)務擴展后機器性能跟不上，而耽誤加工工期；
